5 Mile Sunday Run
I woke up at 5 a.m. for a five mile Run. I did not make the Saturday run. Time for some raisin bran. I am not doing so well in the Buckeye 10 in 10 challenge. I think I gained weight in the past 2 weeks. I think I may try vegetarian for a while.
